Thirty years on both sides of the equation.

Across EY, Kroll, Bank of America, and Genpact, Kshama has walked the same path many GCC professionals are navigating today. With over 30 years of experience, she has grown through the ranks, led large global teams, and navigated the complexities of matrix organisations herself. She understands the challenges because she has lived them.

These are all live sessions across all six weeks, with an additional personal 1:1 coaching session in Week 5 that helps you craft your roadmap for the next 12 months.

Before You Apply

Common questions.

Is the time commitment realistic alongside a demanding role?
The programme is designed for working professionals with a growth mindset who are ready to invest their time for future growth. It runs across six weekly sessions, including self-study. In addition, there is one 1:1 coaching session planned with Kshama during week five or six. The concentrated format is deliberate, and helps build focus on growth topics. The total learning time is 30 hours.
What level is this suitable for?
This is aimed at mid-career professionals with 12 to 20 years of experience who are aiming for growth at the next level. The programme is intentionally kept for a small group, for focus on individual growth and cross-cohort learning.
What happens if I miss a session?
The programme is designed to be attended in full. The value of a small cohort comes from the discussion, the case debrief, and the practicum - and those require presence. If a genuine conflict arises for a single session, we will discuss it, and where possible share the recording with you. We would encourage you to attend all six sessions to have the complete learning experience.
How is this different from a formal institute-led executive programme?
A formal institute-led executive programme runs ten to eleven months in a large-cohort lecture format, without capability-centre-specific content or personal coaching. Vidyaara Momentum is built entirely around your environment, with an individual coaching session included.
Will there be any guest sessions?
Yes. Two industry leaders join for fireside conversations during the cohort, sharing perspectives from their own experience navigating exactly the kind of transition this programme is built around.
What does the programme cost?
The investment is discussed on the alignment call, once both sides have established that the fit is right. Payment plans are available.
